On-site Bootcamp Terms and Conditions
Here are the terms and conditions for all SharePoint Experts on-site training.
Content to be provided
The outline for each of our courses is provided online. However, SharePoint Experts reserves the right to adjust the syllabus of any course at its sole discretion and without notice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible to ensure that:
- Students meet the prerequisites and recommendations as suggested in the course description
- Students attend each training session at the schedule given, and participate in training activities as directed by the instructor
- Students will not copy or distribute, in whole or in part, any copyrighted class material acquired during the class without the express written permission of a SharePoint Experts corporate officer
Payment Terms and Conditions
The rate charged for the course is based, in whole or in part, on the date the payment is received by SharePoint Experts. Unless otherwise granted a written exception, payment is required per the following schedule:
Courses paid for after delivery: A non-refundable deposit equal to one day is required at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the scheduled course. The rate for post-paid courses is not discounted. As of this writing, that rate is US $3,500 per day. If the deposit is not received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the scheduled course, the course shall be considered cancelled, and must be rescheduled.
Courses paid for prior to delivery: A discounted rate is offered for any on-site course that is paid for at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the scheduled course. As of this writing, that rate is US $3,300 per day. If payment is not received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of the scheduled course, the course shall be considered cancelled, and must be rescheduled.
Courses paid for by prepaid voucher: SharePoint Experts offers pre-paid training vouchers which can be used as payment for an on-site class. Vouchers are not valid as payment for an on-site course until thirty (30) days have elapsed from their purchase date. In plain English: Clients receive the best discount when classes are paid for at least thirty (30) days in advance. As of this writing, that rate is US $2,800 per day. Vouchers have their own terms and conditions, outlined on the voucher order form.
Discounts for multiple courses: SharePoint Experts
offers a discount for multiple courses. This discount is only
valid for the number of courses originally booked, and is immediately
null and void should the number of courses change.
Client-cancelled or rescheduled courses / refund terms
Our cancellation policy is based on the payment schedule utilized by the client, and the timing of the cancellation notice given by the client.
If a class is rescheduled by the client, the original class is considered cancelled and is subject to these terms.
If multiple courses are booked and thereby discounted, and one or more of those courses are canceled by the client, the discount is immediately null and void.
SharePoint Experts, at its sole discretion, may choose to exempt client from cancellation fees in the case of natural disasters (e.g., hurricane, building fire, flooding), or other serious mitigating circumstances (e.g., drastic workforce reductions, change in ownership). Such exemptions are routinely given when requested.
In no way shall Client or SharePoint Experts be liable for additional costs, fees or damages resulting from a cancellation, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, airfare cancellation fees, and hotel cancellation fees.
Courses paid for after delivery: The deposit for these courses, once made by client, is nonrefundable. If a deposit is waived, the client will be invoiced a cancellation fee equal to one day of training at the contracted daily rate.
Courses paid for prior to delivery: If cancelled within thirty (30) days (exclusive) of the start of the course, a cancellation fee equal to one day at the agreed-upon daily rate will be charged, and a refund of the remaining balance will be issued to the client within thirty (30) days of the notice of cancellation. If cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the course, a full refund will be issued to the client within thirty (30) days of the notice of cancellation.
Courses paid for by prepaid voucher: If cancelled within thirty (30) days (exclusive) of the start of the course, the voucher value will be reduced by one day. If cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the course, the voucher remains valid and its value will not be reduced.
SharePoint Experts-cancelled or rescheduled courses / refund terms
Our cancellation policy is based on the payment schedule utilized by the client.
If a course is rescheduled by SharePoint Experts due to a natural disaster (e.g., hurricane, building fire, flooding), or other mitigating circumstances (e.g., instructor illness or accident) outside of the direct control of SharePoint Experts, the terms for "rescheduled courses" (below) shall apply. If the client subsequently chooses to cancel the course, the terms for client-cancelled courses (above) shall apply.
If multiple courses are booked and thereby discounted, and SharePoint Experts cancels or reschedules one or more of those courses, the discount remains valid.
In no way shall Client or SharePoint Experts be liable for additional costs, fees or damages resulting from a cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, airfare cancellation fees, and hotel cancellation fees.

Courses paid for after delivery: The deposit will be refunded in full within thirty (30) days of the cancellation notice.
Courses paid for prior to delivery: Any payments made by the client will be refunded in full within thirty (30) days of the cancellation notice, or applied to a rescheduled course at the client's discretion.
Courses paid for by prepaid voucher: The voucher remains valid, its expiration will be extended to be one (1) year after the date of the cancellation notice, and its value will be increased by one day.
Rescheduled courses:
Courses paid for after delivery: The deposit will be refunded in full within thirty (30) days of the rescheduling notice, or applied to a rescheduled course, at the client's discretion.
Courses paid for prior to delivery: Any payments made by the client will be refunded in full within thirty (30) days of the rescheduling notice, or applied to a rescheduled course at the client's discretion.
Courses paid for by prepaid voucher: The voucher remains valid, its expiration will be extended to be one (1) year after the date of the rescheduling notice, and its value will be remain the same.
Warranty
SharePoint Experts warrants that it utilizes experienced trainers with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to provide the training services offered, and that the material scheduled to be delivered for a given course meets the criteria specified on the course description page. However, as noted above, SharePoint Experts reserves the right to adjust the syllabus of any course at its sole discretion and without notice.
Notwithstanding the above, SharePoint Experts makes no other warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the fitness for purpose of any course. SharePoint Experts is not responsible for the performance of any student after attending a course.
Limitation of Liability
SharePoint Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages which may arise from the delivery or non-delivery of any course.
