Public Bootcamp FAQ

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about our public events:

Can I use my Microsoft vouchers for your training?

Sorry, no -- our training consists of 100% proprietary material, and we do not use the Microsoft official curriculum for our courses.  As a result, we are unable to accept the Microsoft-issued training vouchers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, corporate check and corporate PO.  No need to wait to sign up -- the online system will allow you to choose any of these payment options when you buy your ticket.  It will even generate an invoice for you!

Okay, but to get you paid, we need your W9.

The URL to download our W9 will be on your invoice when you register.

What's the daily schedule like?

8:00AM: Breakfast
9:00AM: Class starts
10:30AM: Morning break
12:00PM: Lunch
1:00PM: Class returns
2:30PM: Afternoon snack break
4:00PM: Daily round tables
5:00PM: Class ends

When will class end on the last day - 5:00PM like the other days?

No ... class is scheduled to end between 2:30PM and 3:00PM on the last day, so that our students can have better luck catching same-day flights home.

After lunch on the last day, we bring the classes together for some demonstrations, for "stump the instructor" sessions, and for the big prize giveaways.

So what's the deal with those vouchers?

Vouchers are offered to those students who wish to pre-pay for our training services before tickets go on sale.  These vouchers are good for one year, and can be applied to any course that isn't already on sale when you purchase the voucher.

In other words, if tickets are currently on sale for a public event, and you haven't already purchased a voucher, you can't buy one and use it for that public event, though you are welcome to buy it and use it for any future event.
